Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

5. For Jewellery, we make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 7 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it. 6. In case of other products, the products will be delivered to your location in 4-5 working days if it is readily available..(not out of stock). 7. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

8. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.. 9. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Return Policy

At Mili Sarees whether it is sarees, gowns dresses or jewelry--everything is checked thoroughly before showcasing the product..All the pics uploaded are real pics--so you will never end up in getting a defective piece unless it is damaged during transit.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging). If you receive any product damaged in the transit, please send in the product pic immediately and ask for a replacement. No replacement will be done after 48 hrs have elapsed after receiving the particular product.

Products returned in a used or damaged condition or the certificate isn’t present in the returned package. 7. Minor colour and design variation(s). All products use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website. 8. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
